Transportation and Weather

Transportation:

Everything from walking to helicopters to dugout canoes to 4 wheel drive double cab truck to small airplanes. There are public motorized vehicles (PMVs) which I sometimes used when I went shopping in Mt. Haugen (about 40 mi. away) Riding along the road that goes to area where I lived often felt more like off-roading.

Weather:

Warm in the day; cool at night; rains every day, usually in the evenings; generally lovely
