Here we sit on a broken table waiting for the festivities to start. Who knows when that will happen, because we are on Engan time.
Finally, everyone’s here and we are ready to begin.
The graduation is held in the chapel, which at the moment has only 3 walls and only a tarp for a roof. Thankfully, it is a beautiful day.
It has been a really tough year for HLIS due to tribal fights, and the fact that these 5 are actually graduating is such a big accomplishment.
