One of our favorite places to hike is to the radio tower. Since today we are walking in the morning, without the evening rains, I can take a camera.
Yes, it’s the beginning of February and we have flowers. Gotta love it:-)
One of the families we pass by on our walk.
A view of someone’s gardens.
Fun with lighting and dew.
After about 45 minutes we’ve made it up to the radio tower (yes, this is the same one I climbed on New Year’s Eve).
A really cool spider web.
A cloud rises up to meet us.
The bottom of the radio tower.
Another view of the tower.
And another neat spider web.
Ok, now we’re really in a cloud.
Reminds me of my sunshine;-)
In order to go down, we have to go up. Go figure.
The clouds start to lift as we go down and the sun goes up.
Dr. Steve takes a picture of me. I’m a little sweaty, but that’s what happens on great hikes:-)
The tanget leaves are so beautiful.
A view of Yaramunda, one of our neighbor areas.
And there’s Mambisanda, our home sweet home
The high school at Pausa where I hope to be working soon.
A little closer view of the school buildings
One of the many steep downhill sections.
Almost home…what a great walk:-)
