I’ve always been a big fan of home make-over shows. Especially the great reveal. So here’s my living room when I moved in
Living room nine months later. Bookshelf and coffee table built by Dr. Steve and Anton. Spear wall-hanging by Josef. Seat cushions and pillows by me.
Other side of living room- Before
Other side of living room- After. New curtains and seat cushions and furnature rearranged
The living room closet before
The living room closet after I’ve made curtains for it. Plus a pus-pus skirt made by Josef’s wife, and my raincoat on the wall
Another view. Here you can also see the message board I’ve hung on the door so the youth and UTB members can leave me messages
Bathroom after new curtains and wall-decorations courtesy of laminating paper and old calendars
All the meds my mom has sent and on the left is a cross given to me by former missionary Chuck Schafer
Bedroom when I first moved in
My tapa clothe wall-hanging, a new lamp made by Anton, and new curtains made by me
The bunkbeds, my desk, my bow and arrow wall-decorations, and my bilums
You’ll notice that a lot of my wall décor is old calendar pictures, but they were cheap and I enjoy them.
The bedroom closet Before
My kitchen- After. New curtains, pitpit that Anton put on the walls, a set of cabinets built by Anton and Dr. Steve, repainted cabinets, picts on frig
The back of the kitchen- Before
The back of my kitchen- After
And finally the hallway with new curtains and wall-hangings that match the kitchen and join everything together.
