At the inspiration of one of the youth in UTB, we design a sending off program for students at St. Paul’s secondary.
Many of the students are heading into exams, and this service gives them a chance to think about their futures.
Elizha shares Jeremiah 29:11 and talks about what is true prosperity
I speak about Living in a World with HIV/AIDS. Focus on living (L.I.V.E Lookout for your body. Inform others. Value others. Encourage change)
UTB performs it’s good Samaritan drama.
A Pastor comes by and says God’s punishing you.
A doctor comes by and says it’s your own fault for not taking care of your life.
Final a “birua” (enemy of that man’s tribe) comes by and has pity
And takes him to the hospital
And asks the nurse (me) to care for him
Caring for him until the Good Samaritan returns
Finally, Liz offers closing remarks, encouraging them to be the change they want to see in PNG
